May Round-up
It's been a busy half term!
May has been enjoyable but very busy at Godmanchester Bridge Academy, Year 3 had a great time on their Egyptian Day and some children in Year 3 and 4 successfully completed their Level 1 Bikeability.
Our year 2's created a house tile out of clay and the year 5's learnt how to play diamond cricket!
Well done to all the children in Year 6 who worked so hard during their SATs; we are very proud of all your great effort. They have ended the month with an amazing Residential in Norfolk!
Next half term we have lots to look forward to. EYFS are visiting Monarch Farm, Year 2 are off to Mountfitchet castle, Year 5 and 6 have their level 2 and 3 Bikeability and we are celebrating the Olympics as a school.
On Thursday 23rd May, four of our wonderful year 5 children represented the school brilliantly at the Cambridgeshire Junior Schools Cross Country Championship. The children competed against 44 other schools and represented GBA brilliantly - well done for showing our school values and doing us all proud!
